No. My websites are static: they can be hosted for free or for a few euros. The only running cost is your domain name (around €10–15 a year).
Usually a few weeks. The timeline mostly depends on getting the content ready (text, photos, menu, prices), which I can help you with.
On the coast, part of the clientele comes from abroad, especially in season. An English version reassures these visitors and helps them book or call you. And if your clients are international, an English-only site may be all you need.
