Our story
A taste of the estuary
Every morning, our chef picks fish at the auction, vegetables from nearby growers and salt from the Guérande salt marshes.
The menu follows the catch and the seasons: honest, generous food made for sharing. A short, quick menu at lunchtime; in the evening, take your time and watch the boats go by.
